Measurement Systems are designed for fast and accurate measurement directly in the production process. X-ray fluorescence devices and tactile measurement technology allows straightforward integration within a variety of production environments via different interfaces.
An automated measurement system consists of data acquisition hardware and software customized for the individual manufacturer’s needs. The hardware is attached to sensors to measure physical phenomena such as temperature, pressure or voltage. Custom software running on a PC or embedded target gets data from the hardware and can analyse, display or store the measurement readings.
The data can then be inspected automatically in order to act as quality control during the production process. This data can also be stored and analyzed later by you and your team to gain insight into your understanding of the system or to see where changes need to be made in the process for improved speed and quality control.
